    Born from a Yilan family whose profession has been in the Chinese cuisine for generations, Mr. Jimmy had the aspiration to become a chef since hischildhood years. He entered into the catering industry at the age of 17 and has served several famous five-star hotels in Taiwan. Mr. Jimmy has experienced various different food cultures throughout his journeys to Japan, U.S.A., China, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, and Spain, as well as many Michelin restaurants around the world. His exposure to various culinary styles around the globe helped him shape his unique cooking techniques, which provides our guests at Villa 32 with the utmost delicious and healthiest dishes.
